Itcampus writes innovative software for specific industries. Its Elsbeth Predictive dialler is the only solution to feature true real-time voice analytics. 

Elsbeth is a high-end, sophisticated, contact centre solution, used by large insurance companies and their ilk. Entering the entrepreneurial UK market in the past couple of years, itCampus sought a hosted solution that would reduce the cost of entry to the many contact centre enterprises who could benefit from the Esbeth feature set but who could not afford to purchase licenses out-right. ItCampus has partnered with Unitel to achieve this. Unitel delivers CaaS to itCampus customers and securely hosts their databases. Customers connect to the Elsbeth diallers in Uni-Cloud and then Unitel uses traditional and SIP interconnects to terminate customer calls across multiple carriers to offer a highly-available and affordable hosted dialler solution.
