Ticketline is the UK’s largest independent primary ticket agent and one of Europe's largest agencies, selling millions of tickets, for thousands of events every year.  Ticketline’s business depends upon giving event attendee’s easy and quick access to the tickets they want. 

As Ticketlines business grew, systems began to approach maximum handling capacity. To a large extent, the future growth of Ticketline’s business is

dependent upon its ability to increase the peak transaction volumes it can process. Unitel proposed a hosted solution capable of handling over 100,000 sales transactions per hour but which was also future-proofed, modular, quick to upgrade with maximum contractual flexibility.
